I have to brag on my dear friend Julie Abrams! She is so freaking talented. She helps me with all my crazy ideas. We literally come up with this on Wednesday and now it is live.

The “Keep Your Fork and Expect Good Things” comes from several mindset speaking and training events that I have led in the past few months. I share how our grandparents always said keep your fork for dessert. By keeping your fork, you are expecting something good to happen! ❤ 🍴 We all need to have a mindset of expecting good things to happen.
